If you’re looking to get a new smartphone but don’t necessarily want an expensive high-end model, there’s always the option of saving a ton of cash with a more budget-friendly model. For example, the Samsung Galaxy A16 comes with some reasonably decent specs, especially for buyers who just want the basics—it’s also on sale right now for well below 200 bucks.
In terms of hardware, the Galaxy A16 comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, Exynos 1330 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and a triple-camera setup with a 50MP main sensor. With that said though, the phone’s biggest highlight is its length of software support – Samsung says that it’s offering up to six years of major Android upgrades for the Galaxy A16, which should be ideal for people who stick with their phones for the long run.
