A new OnePlus 13 update has just started rolling out, and it has a lengthy changelog, while it includes feature such as PC control. This update does deliver the June 2025 Android security patch, in case you were wondering, but it’s about more than just security… a lot more. It delivers some new features too.

New OnePlus 13 update delivers PC control option, speaker-cleaning feature & more

First and foremost, do note that this update delivers OxygenOS 15.0.0.831, and that it started rolling out in India first. That same update will spread to various other markets in the coming days, though, so it will be available across the globe.

This update adds remote control support for Windows PC. It allows you to control your PC and access PC files remotely via your OnePlus 13. The cellular networks algorithm has been improved too, for smoother network connections.

The ‘Game Camera’ feature has been introduced too

OnePlus also introduces the so-called ‘Game Camera’ with this update. That feature provides Live screenshots and Flashback recording to help you capture gaming moments. Mind mapping has been added to Documents as well. That feature allows you to generate mind maps with one tap, then export them to Photos or share them.

OnePlus has also added the Speaker cleaner feature with this update. It can clean speakers to ensure optimal speaker performance. This can be altered in Phone Manager -> Tools -> More -> Accessibility & convenience -> Speaker cleaner.

A ton of ‘System’ changes have been made

The company has also made quite a few changes in the ‘System’ section, in addition to the June 2025 security update. We’ll mention some of those in the coming paragraphs, while you can check the rest in the full changelog placed below the article.

This update adds the Drag & drop feature that allows you to use the gesture to perform actions on images and text in third-party apps. An option to reduce white point has also been added. That enhances the comfort level of people with color sensitivity.

The floating bar responsiveness has been improved for floating windows. The Recent tasks feature has been improved, and it now supports more apps to run in the background on the OnePlus 13.
