Mafia: Definitive Edition is 85% off on PS Store

Mafia: Definitive Edition is currently 85% off on the PS Store. That puts its price tag at $5.99 rather than its typical $39.99 price point. Players will want to act fast if they want to take advantage of this deal. The offer ends on May 13 at 2:59 a.m. ET.

“Mafia: Definitive Edition tells the story of Tommy Angelo, a hardworking cab driver who’s scraping by in the American city of Lost Heaven circa 1930,” reads the game’s synopsis. “One fateful night, Tommy has an inadvertent brush with the Italian Mafia that showcases a life of reward too big to ignore. When Mafia: Definitive Edition was released in 2020, it received decent reviews. According to review aggregate site Metacritic, it averaged a score of 78 across 46 critic reviews. This is a remake of the 2002 game that was originally developed by Illusion Softworks.

This might be the perfect time to check out Mafia: Definitive Edition. The next entry in the franchise, Mafia: The Old Country, launches for PS5 on August 7. Despite companies announcing increases in its game prices, the upcoming game will be $49.99 for the base game.
