On top of announcing the realme GT 7 today, the company is also announcing the GT 7 Dream Edition. This is a special collaboration that the company is doing with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula 1 Team. And it is a stunning-looking version of the GT 7.

There’s a few changes in terms of design here, versus the regular GT 7. That includes the Aston Martin green color, which looks really good with the sort of yellowish-green accent for the power button and around the camera bump. realme also changed the camera bump, with individual cameras, versus having a square of glass in the top left corner.

It also sports the Aerodynamic Two-Wing Design, which looks stunning on this model. This is inspired by the iconic Formula One high-speed airflow trails, and it’s now on the realme GT 7. The aerodynamic lines merge seamlessly with a 3D tactile feel, every curve is reminiscent of the ultimate rush of the race track.

realme also included the iconic silver wings logo on the back of the phone. And that’s about it for the design changes. It’s still a plastic phone, but it does look really nice, both it and the regular GT 7 definitely do not feel like plastic.

What comes with the realme GT 7 Dream Edition?

We’ve unboxed the realme GT 7 Dream Edition, which you can check out down below, but it is a rather special unboxing.

Of course, you get the phone, you also get the charger, and a special case for the GT 7 Dream Edition, which has a cutout for that iconic silver wings logo, and I absolutely love this case. You also get a special SIM ejection tool, which is in the shape of an F1 race car, and a book about the Aston Martin Formula 1. However, the latter might be exclusive to the media unboxing, as realme does not mention it in their press release.

realme GT 7 Dream Edition is slightly upgraded

The regular realme GT 7 is available in 12GB/256GB for €749.99 or 12GB/512GB for €799.99. The Dream Edition however, ups the RAM to 16GB, with 512GB of storage as well, and it’ll cost you €899.99.

That’s one area where this collaboration with realme and Aston Martin differs compared to some other partnerships like HONOR and Porsche Design, where they drastically increase the specs, and also the price. Instead, here, you’re looking at $100 more for another 4GB of RAM and all of the goodies that come with the Dream Edition.
