Day 1139 : Waiting on the Right Time
liner notes: Professional : Took the day off because I was not feeling well at all. I kind of hung around the community channel to see if anyone needed anything but for the most part, took it easy. Personal : Almost done with this site! I got the sample application with the payment processing workflow worked out. Just need to transfer it over to the actual site. Got the promotional page for the project up and running. Only thing is really to get the user dashboard up and running so people can log in and see their orders with a link to get the receipt. That is going to require setting up webhooks so that the payment processor can send the info of a successful purchase. Okay, so I'm running into an issue with tokens not being read on the backend for this project I'm trying to complete to launch tomorrow. Luckily, I have another sample project that I made that I think will fix this issue. Got the mockups from the manufacturer just in time to include on the site. Things are coming together. Even though I'm in a rush to get it done, I'm glad to be doing this instead of waiting on the right time. Going to fix this token issue then get something to eat, put together the radio show for tomorrow (luckily a lot of the work is done because I did a bunch of stuff awhile ago) and spend the rest of the night working on this site.
