Am I responsible for data which is being sent but not stored?
Suppose you just created a file transfer application, and you guarantee that data is secured with, for example, the last TLS version. You also don't store anything sent with the application on your server, so you just deliver the content. That being said, would I be responsible for the sent content if someone sends, let's say, sends illegal files just because I gave him privacy of data being sent? Is this ethically wrong? GPT said that I am not responsible for data as it's not being stored, but I want someone's professional opinion on this, provided with some references for 'law' or links for text regarding this matter. It would really mean a lot. Don't ask me why I don't store data and please, no hateful comments. Thank you.
