Sony has quietly made another PS Plus Extra April 2025 game available early, and players would be forgiven for missing it. While all eyes were on the critically-acclaimed Blue Prince, EA Sports PGA Tour landed ahead of schedule, and is available to play right now.
PS Plus game EA Sports PGA Tour celebrates 2025 Masters Tournament
EA Sports PGA Tour was added to PS Plus Extra catalog the same day that the 2025 Masters Tournament kicked off. Players who enjoy the sport can pick up a virtual golf club (and we don’t mean the one in The Last of Us Part II) and either play solo or with other players online.
EA Sports PGA Tour, which is only available on PS5, released in 2023 to mostly positive reviews. Those who enjoy trophy hunting will be pleased to note that it comes with a relatively easy list, and it takes roughly 20 hours to unlock the Platinum trophy, depending on your virtual golf skills and play style.
If you do end up trophy hunting, we advise getting the multiplayer trophies out of the way first. Publisher Electronic Arts does delist its older sports games after a while, so you don’t want to be locked out of the Platinum trophy.
