What is java used for except web?
No offence, but I don't understand the craze for java. Java is mostly used for backend development, and only sometimes used for android development because of Kotlin. But my question is that, everyone needs to install JVM to run java apps(which is hard on mobile) and that accessing native code requires C/C++ knowledge. The only good looking and impressive desktop app made with swing is intelliJ idea but it's also sometimes laggy.
