Kidswear startup Biglilpeople raises Rs 4 Cr in seed round

Kidswear startup Biglilpeople has secured Rs 4 crore in its seed fundraise led by angel investors and Capwise Financial Services, the company shared in a press note.

The round was a mix of equity investments from angel investors as well as structured debt from Capwise Financial Services.

The brand was incubated at IIM Bangalore’s NSRCEL and primarily plans to use the funds to strengthen its retail and ecommerce operations, expand its design and R&D teams, and invest in customer experience and inventory systems.

The Bengaluru-based company clocked revenue of Rs 2.6 crore in FY25 and is targeting a Rs 10 crore topline, with a 3x growth rate in FY26.

Founded in 2021 by Madhumita Khanduri, with Anusha Stephen joining in later as co-founder, Biglilpeople offers everyday clothing for children aged 0-12 years as well as a host of baby care products like toys, accessories and organizers.

"What excites us is the community we’re building – conscious parents who value quality over fads, and kids who genuinely love wearing our clothes. This investment helps us take that love to more families, more locations, and celebrate childhood,” shares adds Anusha Stephen, Co-Founder, Biglilpeople.

The company recently opened its flagship store in Bengaluru and is on track to expand its physical presence.

Its products are also available on its D2C website, offline stores and marketplaces like Myntra, TataCliq and Amazon.
