IntelliJ IDEA 2025.1.3 Is Out!

IntelliJ IDEA 2025.1.3 is out with a number of useful fixes.

You can update to this version from inside the IDE, using the Toolbox App, or using snaps if you are a Ubuntu user. You can also download it from our website.

The latest update brings the following improvements:

  • The IDE no longer erroneously displays in the Test Results tree in the Run tool window for Dart tests. [IDEA-328307
  • The preview panel is now available for AsyncAPI 3.0 files. [IJPL-63246]
  • The IDE no longer truncates postCreateCommand environment variables at equals signs in the build process output. [IJPL-188006
  • The IDE no longer misses OS-specific plugins in Aarch64 distributions, including those required for WSL support in the Python interpreter. [IJPL-189778]
  • The Modify classpath area in the Run/Debug Configuration interface now displays at the correct size. [IJPL-190373]
  • The IDE now correctly suggests Implement methods at the top of the list of quick-fixes instead of Make class abstract, where appropriate. [IDEA-371881
  • The IDE no longer shows misleading warnings when searching for tasks using GitHub as the task server. [IJPL-184393]

For a comprehensive overview of the fixes, see the release notes. If you spot any issues, let us know via the issue tracker.

Happy developing!
