Hitman Is Coming To MindsEye This Year
Next week, Build a Rocket Boy and former Grand Theft Auto lead developer Leslie Benzies will debut MindsEye, a sci-fi action-adventure that has more than a passing resemblance to the GTA games. But the highlight of the trailer was Agent 47's silent cameo at the end. Following the trailer, Hakan Abrak--the CEO of MindsEye's publisher, IO Interactive--noted that Agent 47 has taken a contract in Redrock City. He didn't say if Jacob will be the target, but if he is, that would put players in the unusual position of being hunted by Agent 47 rather than playing the Hitman themselves.Unlike many of the people Agent 47 deals with, Jacob is more than just an ordinary guy. The MindsEye has been implanted in his head, and it gives him the ability to control drones and a handful of other tricks that make him difficult to kill.
