Garmin’s latest health tracker is a smart sleep band that attaches to your upper arm. Garmin Index Sleep Monitor offers detailed sleep tracking with sleep stages, sleep score, heart rate variability (HRV) status and breathing variations. There are no screens or buttons; you simply strap the band to your arm before sleep and it starts gathering data.
