Asus GPU mix-up creates rare AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT with Nvidia branding
It appears Asus has inadvertently released a hybrid graphics card into the wild after a Redditor unboxed their Micro Center exchange, only to discover an AMD Radeon RTX 9070 XT graphics card with both AMD and Nvidia branding. How could this happen? Well, it could be due to one simple mistake. The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT is the top choice on our guide to the best graphics card, but finding “GeForce RTX” written down the side is certainly not the crossover we were expecting to see. We expect the anomalous Asus card will perform exactly the same as a standard Radeon RX 9070 XT, but the branding mix-up adds bonus charm to one of our favorite cards.
