After some confusion, Team Cherry clarifies Hollow Knight Silksong launch info
Now that the biggest videogame showcases of the summer have come and gone, I’m sad to say we didn’t get a Hollow Knight Silksong shadow drop or launch date announcement. I’d been holding out hope, but I now understand that was a pipe dream. Team Cherry’s internet-breaking Metroidvania did come up a few times, though, getting name-dropped by Deadpool during the Summer Game Fest showcase, with five seconds of new footage also debuting at the Xbox event. In fact, the latter seems to have caused a bit of confusion as to when Silksong is actually out, but Team Cherry has cleared things up.
