In what has become a yearly tradition for Samsung, the company’s social media team is mocking Apple about iOS 26 and iPadOS 26.

Samsung Mobile US tweeted out “Customizable apps? Floating bars? That sleek glass UI? Looks… familiar” with a thinking emoji at the end. Now, the first two, sure, Samsung has done those already. But a sleek glass UI? I can’t remember Samsung ever doing that. Maybe this is a preview of what’s to come in One UI 9 next year?

Keep in mind that Samsung generally mocks Apple about something, then does it themselves within the next year. Like when Apple got rid of the headphone jack. Or the Galaxy Buds 3 series and the Galaxy Watch Ultra from last year being almost identical copies of Apple’s products.
