Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event will reportedly take place on July 9th. That’s exactly when the company will launch the Galaxy Watch 8 series, powered by One UI 8 Watch. Not to forget, the tech giant has already announced some key health features coming to next-gen wrist-worn wearables via the major OS update. While we await the rollout of One UI 8 Watch beta, a fresh leak hints that it’s about to begin.

Samsung has launched the One UI 8 Watch beta page on its community forum

Earlier today, folks over at SammyGuru spotted a post on X by user @Theordysm that hints at the imminent rollout of One UI 8 Watch beta. The user posted a screenshot of a webpage on Samsung’s US community forum that clearly notes “One UI 8 Watch beta forum.”  You can check it below.

Well, this is a clear sign that Samsung is about to kick off the beta program in a few days. As per usual, the beta program could go live for eligible Galaxy Watch models in the US and South Korea. The beta program should go live in other regions too, but later down the line. Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed anything just yet.

While we await the beta program, here’s what the next OS would bring. First, there is a feature called Bedtime Guidance, which helps you optimize your sleep schedule. Next, you have the Vascular Load. It actively monitors stress on your vascular system while you’re sleeping. Running Coach and Antioxidant Index are two other features that are coming to next-gen Galaxy Watch models, via One UI 8 Watch.

Which Galaxy Watch models are eligible for the beta?

Samsung will reportedly launch One UI 8 Watch beta for the Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra. Surprisingly, the Galaxy Watch 4 will miss out on the beta. It’s unclear if the Galaxy Watch FE will get the One UI 8 Watch beta. However, the news outlet suggests that it’ll likely receive the stable version.
