CloudSEK raises $19M from MassMutual Ventures, Inflexor Ventures, others
The funds will be used to further develop the company’s technology, particularly its AI models and platform integrations.

Cybersecurity firm CloudSEK has raised $19 million across its Series A2 and B1 funding rounds to enhance its AI-driven cyber threat prediction platform and support global expansion.
The funding round saw participation from both Indian and U.S. investors, including MassMutual Ventures, Inflexor Ventures, Prana Ventures, Tenacity Ventures, and strategic investor Commvault. Existing investors such as the Meeran Family (founders of Eastern Group), StartupXSeed, Neon Fund, and Exfinity Ventures also continued their support.
Founded in 2015 by cybersecurity researcher Rahul Sasi, CloudSEK offers AI-based threat intelligence tools designed to proactively detect signs of cyber threats before they escalate. The company currently serves over 250 enterprises across sectors such as banking, healthcare, technology, and government.
The funds will be used to further develop the company’s technology, particularly its AI models and platform integrations. CloudSEK differentiates itself by focusing on identifying Initial Attack Vectors (IAVs)—early indicators of potential cyber incidents like leaked credentials or exposed APIs—rather than responding post-incident.
“We built CloudSEK to predict initial attack vectors and stop threats before they make headlines—our goal has always been to prevent incidents before they escalate,” said Rahul Sasi, Co-founder and CEO of CloudSEK. “Unlike conventional threat intelligence, which often focuses on indicators of compromise after an attack, our platform identifies early warning signs—such as leaked credentials, exposed APIs, or compromised vendors—weeks before an incident occurs. That’s what we call predictive, not forensic, intelligence.
“Today, over 60% of our new revenue comes from international markets, with the U.S. emerging as our fastest-growing region. We’ve achieved this scale while remaining cash flow positive. This latest round, supported by leading financial and strategic investors, reinforces what we’ve believed from the beginning: cybersecurity must be proactive, not reactive," Sasi noted.
In 2021, CloudSEK raised $7 million in Series A funding led by MassMutual Ventures, with this round the company has raised $26 million till date.
CloudSEK plans to follow this round with a Series B2 extension to bring in new investors and facilitate partial exits for early backers.
