Watch Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment Switch 2 Creator’s Voice

One of the first new The Legend of Zeida series games to come to the Switch 2 will be Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, a new entry in the Warriors spin-offs of Musou action games. To help prepare for that and share insights into its development, a new Nintendo Creator’s Voice video featured Koei Tecmo Producer Ryota Matsushita and AAA Games Studio Head Yosuke Hayashi discussing the title. Both shared a bit about their background before discussing the game, and they confirmed it will both show the Imprisoning War and what life was like for Zelda when she was sent back through time during the events of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. First, Matsushita and Hayashi discussed how Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment won’t just focus on the one versus 1,000 battles during the war against the original version of Ganondorf in the Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom games, but also the life of Zelda in that time period and her experiences with the four Masked Sages.
