Google is finally releasing Search’s AI Mode to all users in the US, no Labs signup required.
The company has also announced a few shopping-related upgrades coming to AI Mode.
The new shopping features will help you find, try, and buy products without leaving Search.

Google debuted AI Mode in Search earlier this year to help users get answers to complex, multi-part questions. In our testing, we found the feature incredibly useful, as it not only offered detailed answers but also provided additional information relevant to our queries. So far, the feature has only been available as an opt-in experience in Search Labs, but Google is now finally releasing it to all users in the US. In addition, the company has announced some AI Mode upgrades that should significantly improve your shopping experience in Search.

Google shared details about the shopping-related updates for Search’s AI Mode at its I/O developer conference today, revealing how the tool will soon help users find, try, and buy products. In the coming months, AI Mode will allow shoppers in the US to get answers to detailed questions about product categories and offer a dynamic gallery of images for visual inspiration. This gallery will update as users ask follow-up questions and help them narrow down options based on their requirements.
