In the Comic Book Day 2025 free Tamagotchi promotional comic, Bandai Namco teased a new Tamagotchi Paradise model, and now we have a date for a possible full reveal of the virtual pet. The official site updated to share a reveal for May 21, 2025. It also mentioned that is when it will be announced in Japan, which means we may learn about it on May 20, 2025 in the US. While new Tamagotchi Paradise information isn’t available yet, an update on the virtual pet did appear on the site alongside this reveal. Previously, that comic teasing the new unit only appeared physically for those who took part in Comic Book Day 2025. Now the full comic is available online. Going to the official site allows someone to read about Tamagotchi Planet, and how environments and food influence their evolutionary process. It also offered a clearer look at the three new characters Meowtchi, Irukatchi, and Horohotchi. The comic also showed this design will feature a crank that allows someone to zoom in and out on a planet. Though this new Tamagotchi model is still a mystery, we did recently see some other announcements. Bandai Namco brought the Tamagotchi Connection device back.
