Now that the Motorola Razr family has been announced for 2025, when can you get your hands on the new devices? Motorola will begin pre-orders on May 7, with in-store availability starting on May 15, 2025. The regular Razr is going to be more widely available than the Razr Plus and Razr Ultra.

The Razr will have pre-orders starting on May 7 for $699. It will be available from Amazon, Best Buy, and Motorola. It will launch on May 15 at T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Verizon, Visible, Total Wireless, Straight Talk, Xfinity Mobile, Consumer Cellular, Google Fi Wireless, UScellular, Cox Mobile, Optimum Mobile, and Spectrum on May 15, and Boost Mobile in the coming months.

In Canada, the Razr will be available for pre-order starting on May 7 at Motorola’s website. And available at select carriers and retailers on May 15.

The Razr will be available for $699.

The Razr Plus will be available for pre-order on May 7 as well, from Amazon, Best Buy, and Motorola’s website. It will also be on sale at AT&T and T-Mobile starting on May 15. The Razr Plus does have an MSRP of $999.

In the US, the Razr Ultra will be available for pre-order starting on May 7 at Best Buy, Amazon, and Motorola. It will then be available at AT&T and T-Mobile on May 15, with an MSRP of $1,299. In Canada, it will be available for pre-order from Motorola on May 7 and from select carriers on June 3.

The Razr and Razr Plus are keeping their same prices as last year, with the Razr Ultra starting out at a higher cost. However, the Razr Ultra does have some pretty big upgrades, including 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
