Is there an equivalent to Actions on Google for Gemini?

With Google Assistant, you could say something like, "I want to play Akinator." Assistant would then step aside, and you play Akinator by following its conversation flow until you say you're done. These conversation agents have some NLP capabilities and can invoke webhooks. If you allow voice matching, Assistant could even use your credentials. It's effectively signing you into these "voice apps" so you could say "Book a hotel in Istanbul using booking.com" and have that booking show up in your booking.com account. Is there an equivalent to this with Gemini? The closest thing I've found is Gemini Apps. But those are only for Google's own apps.
