Pixel 10 Already Leaked From Its Own Ad Shoot — Because Google Can’t Keep a Secret

It seems as if Google is preparing for the Pixel 10 launch already. As we’re now seeing leaks from an ad shoot for the new Pixel 10. This is courtesy of @MarksGonePublic on X. Which has since been deleted. Luckily, 9to5Google was able to spot it before it was deleted, and we have photos from the shoot. This includes a storyboard showing that this is indeed the Google Pixel 10.
The user noted that this was a “full on commercial shoot” for the Pixel 10. And it is apparently using the tagline “Ask more ofyour phone”. Likely a play on some more AI features, which Google just announced a slew of updates to Gemini this past week at Google I/O.
This video shoot confirms that lack of change over Pixel 9 Pro
In the photos above, you can see that the Pixel 10 appears to be exactly the same as the Pixel 9 series, in this case the Pixel 9 Pro. And that’s because the Pixel 10 now has a third camera lens, like the Pixel 9 Pro. It has the power button and volume rocker in the same position too.
The Pixel 10 color being used here appears to be the black or Obsidian color. Of course, we do know that Google will offer other colors. Typically Obsidian (Black), Porcelain (White) and two other colors. Last year, we had Peony and Wintergreen for the base model.
Google is slated to launch the Pixel 10 series around August, the same as the Pixel 9 series last year. Which means that the rumor mill and leaks should start to heat up. Though this is not the type of leak that was on our bingo card for 2025. In the past, we’ve seen Pixel devices get stolen from a delivery truck in Russia and get reviewed months before launch, we’ve seen leaks from factories that are manufacturing Google’s phones. But never have we seen a commercial video shoot leak the new phone this far ahead of time.
