180/365 | ¥10M Job Challenge - Habit
Changing careers should really become a habit, but if it’s not a priority in your daily life, it’s hard to stick with it. And if you can’t stick with it, it won’t become a habit. That’s the reality—most of the time, it’s just not sustainable and ends up being on-and-off at best. That’s why weekends are the key. I’m not the type who enjoys going out much, but even so, staying in front of the computer all the time really affects my mood, and I end up losing focus. That’s why we need to keep a playful mindset—otherwise, it’s hard to keep going in the long run. Sometimes you’ve just got to get out, take a walk, and talk to friends. That actually helps a lot more than you’d think. Back when I was job hunting in Japan for the first time, I pretty much failed at that. I eventually found a job, but ended up sacrificing both my physical and mental health. Let’s keep pushing forward together—it’s time to pick up the pace!
