Best of Computex 2025: Razer Blade 14
Razer Blade 14 Best of Computex 2025

Computex 2025 took place in Taipei this week, and as part of that event, Razer unveiled the new Blade 14 gaming laptop, and we knew it had to be on our list of Best of Computex 2025 products. A big part of our decision is because of Razer’s stellar engineering, which consists of fitting powerful components into a chassis so thin it almost feels like magic. And yet, we probably shouldn’t be too surprised about that, because Razer has more or less mastered this part of the craft.

The Blade 14 looks more or less like the Blade gaming laptops from the past several years, but that’s a good thing because the Blade laptops are some of the best-looking gaming laptops around. They’re very sleek, and Razer certainly doesn’t need to alter the style in any huge way. Putting the design aside, all of Razer’s meaningful improvements and changes to the Blade 14 come mostly from the inside.

Razer’s thinnest Blade 14 is powered by the RTX 50-series

Razer’s latest Blade is powered by the NVIDIA RTX 50-series mobile GPUs, so naturally, this is the most powerful Blade 14 ever. It comes with up to an NVIDIA RTX 5070, by the way. What really caught our eye, though, is that this is the thinnest Blade 14 ever as well. Measuring at just 15.7mm at its thinnest point, the Razer Blade 14 is built to be your portable gaming machine. Its slim and lightweight build, plus the 14-inch display, make it pretty effortless to toss it into just about any bag you might have with a laptop sleeve.

What we really love is that Razer claims the battery in the Blade 14 can last for up to 11 hours. Now, that’s not while gaming, you’ll want to keep it plugged in for gaming if you want the best performance. Instead, this is the battery life for general use. Regardless, that’s quite a bit better than we would have expected from a gaming laptop. As most don’t last that long, even with general use. It’s also powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 CPU, and it can come with up to 64GB of RAM.

All of this, alongside the 3K 120Hz OLED display and several port options for connecting peripherals, is why we awarded the Razer Blade 14 the Best of Computex 2025 award.
