Adjusting My Body Clock After work, I tend to fall asleep right after dinner. I’ve noticed that compared to staying up late, going to bed earlier—even if I wake up in the middle of the night and still feel like I didn’t get enough sleep—actually improves my focus and mental clarity. Since I’ve never been able to stick to a regular 11PM bedtime, maybe this is also a way to adjust my body clock.

Adjusting My Body Clock
