Oblivion Remastered Players Have Plenty Of Suggestions Bethesda Could Implement

On its official Discord server, Bethesda Game Studios is asking for suggestions on how to improve Oblivion Remastered, and fans have no shortage of ideas.Oblivion Remastered, which shadow dropped on April 22, updates the classic 2006 open-world RPG with upgraded Unreal Engine 5 visuals and a number of other smaller improvements, like a reworked UI and leveling-system. Aside from those tweaks, however, much of the game is how players remember it, warts and all. Those warts are, of course, part of Oblivion's charm, but some players on Reddit and Discord have ideas on how Bethesda might further improve upon the remastered version. In a thread on the Elder Scrolls subreddit (via Eurogamer) soliciting feedback to send to Bethesda, players suggested a number of changes, ranging from simple things like showing an item's weight and current total weight while looting, markers to show when a dungeon has been cleared on the world map (a feature from Skyrim), the map automatically zooming into the local dungeon map while in a dungeon, the ability to eat food or read books while out in the game world rather than having to do it from the inventory screen, and many, many more.Continue Reading at GameSpot
