The launch of the first-ever CMF Phone was proof that Nothing still has a ways to go when it comes to budget-friendly smartphones, and the company has finally unveiled its follow-up with the new CMF Phone 2 Pro. Available for $279 via Nothing’s Beta Program in North America, the handset comes with some neat hardware features.

The new CMF Phone comes with a 6.77-inch AMOLED display, which also features an FHD+ resolution, as well as a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. The rest of the phone features a plastic and metal chassis that’s been rated for IP54 dust and water resistance, and is available in White, Black, Orange, and Light Green.
Inside you’ll find a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro 5G processor along with 8GB of RAM and either 128 or 256GB of internal storage. There’s also a 5,000 mAh battery onboard, as well as NFC for contactless payments and more. Interestingly, Nothing is also introducing external accessories such as a Universal Cover, Interchangeable Fisheye and Macro Lenses, and even a Wallet/Stand.
For photography, the CMF Phone 2 Pro comes with a four-camera setup led by a 50 MP main camera, a secondary telephoto lens with six stacked lenses and 20x digital zoom, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera and a 16 MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
