Anveshan bags Rs 48 Cr from Wipro Consumer Care

Direct from farm startup Anveshan has raised Rs 48 crore in a series A fundraise led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures.

The round also witnessed participation from existing investors DSG Consumer PartnersTitan Capital Winners Fund, and Force Ventures, along with angels including Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta of BoAt Lifestyle. The round, which included secondary transactions, also gave partial exits to some early investors and ESOPs buybacks for employees.

The new funds are expected to support expansion of Anveshan's partner manufacturing network, enhance its supply chain and traceability platform along with ramping up its branding efforts.

"The brand is at the forefront of the minimally processed revolution in oils and ghee, perfectly aligned with our belief in healthy living as a core consumer theme. The brand has scaled over 10x since our first investment, with top-decile capital efficiency, sharp category focus, and a disciplined SKU strategy, emerging as a leader across digital channels," noted Hariharan Premkumar, Managing Director, DSG Consumer Partners.

Founded in 2020 by  Kuldeep Parewa, Akhil Kansal, and Aayushi Khandelwal, the farm-to-kitchen brand offers ghee, cooking oil, sweets from its D2C platform and e-commerce and quick commerce channel.

It has crossed Rs 100 crore in net revenue run-rate in FY25 with an 80% y-o-y growth. The company claims to move towards EBITDA profitability, helped by strong gross margins from its direct sourcing models.
