Back in the late summer of 2020, RyseUp Studios put its roguelike FPS Roboquest out on Steam Early Access, after many years working on the game before it was ready for players to preview. Over time, it went on to garner a solid reputation, its all-time 'overwhelmingly positive' user rating on Valve's platform placing it alongside renowned fast-paced shooters like Echo Point Nova and action-heavy roguelikes such as Returnal or Hades 2.
