To be honest, I don’t really enjoy organizing documents. It might have something to do with being a perfectionist—I’ve never been great at categorizing things or organizing abstract information. But it's something I can't really avoid at work. I initially thought AI would help a lot, but in reality, it's hard for AI to edit my documents exactly the way I want in terms of format and tone. Sometimes I end up preferring my own version and just submit that instead. Maybe this is something worth thinking about. In my current job, there aren’t many tasks that are exactly the same, so if I have to rewrite the prompt every time, it’s often more efficient to just think things through myself. It actually helps me improve my own thinking skills, too.
