Caregiving is one of the most human acts of love, yet it remains one of the most under-supported industries. If technology has the power to make lives easier, more dignified, and more joyful, why aren’t we using it more effectively? My journey into caregiving AI started when I noticed a glaring problem — many caregiving companies were hiring staff with zero medical background, just to fill positions quickly. But the real issue? They weren’t training them properly. Caregivers were being thrown into high-stakes environments with little to no guidance, leading to critical mistakes in medication management, emotional support, and basic patient care.
