There is one person who can change your life and that persion is you the moment you start focusing yourself.The moment you learn to embrace silence instead of seeking validation that's when real success begins Don't try to squeeze into a glass slipper instead shatter the class ceiling why do we crave validation from others , why do we look for someone to tell us we're good enough before we believe it ourselves the truth is the world is not alaways applaud you be people wont alaways recognize your worth and of you spend your life waiting for approval you never move forward. imagine if the gretest minds the biggest achivers had waited for someone to say you can do it... would they have reached where they are today absolutely not they did't need permission to dream they did't need a round of applause to take action they simply beleived in themselves before anyone else did that was real confidence is believing in your ability even when no one else sees it and the truth is most people won't see it. not at first they won't understand your vision they won't beleive in your goals and they might even discourage you not because you're not capable but because people fear what they don't understand so stop waiting and stop asking for permission to be great if you have a dream chase it... if you have goal work for it don't announced it to the world . Dont seek validation from people who don't walk your path just do the work silently consistently and let your results make the noise the problem is seeking validation is that it makes you dependent on others . it gives them control over your emotions your self worth your drive. if people praise you feel good if they criticize you you start doubting yourself. but here's the truth what people think of you is none of your business it's their opnion not your reality you can't control how others see you but you can control how you can see yourself you can control how much effort you put in and how disciplined you are and how committed you remain even when the journey gets tough because it will get tough there will be moment when you feel like giving up moments when the world seems against you and in those moments if you don't have inner confidence you'll break that's why you must build unshakeable belief youself not based on compliments not based on social media likes but basedon your own hard work and dedication real confidence does't come from what others say about you it comes from knowing that you put in the effort that you gave it your all that you showed up for yourself every single day from today make a promise to yourself promise that you will stop looking for approval that you will stop waiting for someone to tell you you good enough that you will step into your power of your journey and trust yourself even when no one else does because when you will do that nothing not doubt not fear not even failure can stop you power doesn't come from howloud you are it doesn't come from announcing your every move or trying to prove yourself to the world real power is silent it's in the quiet confidence someone who knows exactly where you are going.....
