Xbox Showcases Will Now Have PlayStation And Nintendo Logos
Going forward, Microsoft will be showing PlayStation and Nintendo logos along with the Xbox logo during its future gaming showcases."But I just want to be transparent with people, for shipping on Nintendo Switch, we’re gonna put that [logo]. For shipping on PlayStation, on Steam," Xbox boss Phil Spencer said in an interview with Xbox Era. "People should know the storefronts where they can get our games, but I want people to be able to experience our Xbox community in our games and everything we have to offer, on every screen we can." He explained that discussions to add these logos took place in June, but by the time Microsoft made its decision, the assets weren't ready. He also reiterated Xbox's multiplatform strategy, as it allows Microsoft to create bigger games while also supporting its own hardware and platform services.Continue Reading at GameSpot
