Volume boost native

So I need to boost the volume of all my devices in a way that whatever device or media is playing using the default volume controls, without interacting with any third party utility software or whatever I can increase the volume above 100%. I need that for android and iOS and possibly macOS. It can be anything, an app a script whatever that enables that functionality. It doesn't have to be built in but it needs to act as if it's built in.
