Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is $9.99 on PS Store
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is currently $9.99 on the PS Store. That is a 60% discount off its regular $24.99 price tag. Players interested in grabbing these critically acclaimed games will want to act fast. The offer ends on May 8 at 2:59 a.m. ET.
“Final Fantasy X tells the story of a star blitzball player, Tidus, who journeys with a young and beautiful summoner named Yuna on her quest to save the world of Spira from an endless cycle of destruction wrought by the colossal menace Sin,” reads the game’s description.
“Final Fantasy X-2 returns to the world of Spira two years after the beginning of the Eternal Calm,” reads the second game’s description. “Having been shown a mysterious but familiar image in a sphere, Yuna becomes a Sphere Hunter and along with her companions Rikku and Paine, embarks on a quest around the world to find the answers to the mystery within.”
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster brings both of the critically lauded PS2 games to PS4 with remastered visuals and audio. It also has a cross-save feature compatible with the PS3 and PS Vita versions of the games.
Both Final Fantasy X and X-2 were met with favorable reviews when they launched. According to review aggregate site Metacritic, they received average scores of 92 and 85, respectively. The remaster received an average score of 85. Final Fantasy X is one of the highest-rated games in the series.
