Industrial spaces developer OneAlpha debuts in Chennai with Oragadam project

OneAlpha Ventures Ltd, a developer of industrial and logistics infrastructure, launched today in Chennai along with the announcement of its flagship project—an industrial and logistics park in Oragadam, Sriperumbudur.

The launch also saw participation from the leadership team of the Sree Kailas Group—Dr. S. Rajkumar, Vignesh Rajkumar, and Visakh Rajkumar—who now spearhead OneAlpha’s journey.

OneAlpha aims to deliver agile, scalable, and sustainable infrastructure tailored to modern manufacturing needs. “Our mission is to develop industrial spaces that are quick to build, easy to scale, and aligned with environmental goals,” said Vignesh Rajkumar, Director, OneAlpha.

OneAlpha’s inaugural project, the Industrial and Logistics Park in Oragadam, will be developed in two phases across 1.2 million sq ft—with Phase I (6 lakh sq ft) targeted for completion by Q1 2026, and Phase II by Q1 2027. The project kicked off with a traditional groundbreaking ceremony at the site.

Strategically located in Tamil Nadu’s automotive and electronics hub, the park promises excellent connectivity and access to skilled talent. Designed for both built-to-suit and ready-to-occupy formats, the park exemplifies OneAlpha’s commitment to fast, compliant development.

“We’re addressing long-standing industry pain points—delays and regulatory hurdles—by offering streamlined, fully compliant solutions,” said Director Visakh Rajkumar.

OneAlpha provides end-to-end services, including land acquisition, design, construction, and facility maintenance. Its offerings include green energy integration, customised builds, and complete liaison support.

The brand was unveiled at a launch event celebrating OneAlpha’s values, featuring a curated experience for employees, partners, and clients, and a segment honouring employee contributions.
