Blockstream CEO says market “not bullish enough” on BTC: Huge for Bitcoin Pepe?

The crypto market witnessed some upward action on Thursday as crypto traders took cue of sentiment to begin fresh positioning.

Blockstream CEO says “sellers can only sell once”

Blockstream CEO Adam Back is extremely bullish on Bitcoin.

According to him, the selling pressure that has recently constrained BTC will fade. Meanwhile, ETFs and treasury adoption-driven buy pressure will catapult prices higher.

“Some bitcoin fundamentals data for those who aren’t bullish enough… Sellers can only sell once and the ongoing buy pressure from ETFs, treasury companies and DCA is 4-5x mined rate of supply, on exchange BTC shrinking etc and institutions just starting. You are not bullish enough” he shared via X.

Why is crypto excited about Bitcoin Pepe?

According to analysts at QCP Capital, the broader market may be poised for big moves ahead. In a post on X on Feb. 20, the platform noted that the crypto market is building up momentum, with Brazil’s approval of the world’s first spot XRP ETF a big boost.

There are also multiple applications for other altcoin ETFs. Approval in 2025 could ignite the rest of the market, combining with Trump’s pro-crypto stance to bring a dramatic shift in momentum.

“With macro conditions looking supportive, are we gearing up for another major market move?” the analysts posed.
