1Password Now Lets You Add Locations to Your Items

1Password has announced a new feature that ties its password management capabilities to real-world locations. Designed to streamline access to credentials like Wi-Fi passwords, alarm codes, or travel documents, this update enhances the app's utility for users on-the-go.The feature lets users assign physical locations to items stored in their 1Password vaults. Once set, these items automatically surface in the mobile app's home tab when the user is near the designated spot. A map view is also available to set or check locations, making it simple to link a hotel safe PIN or a gym locker code to where it's needed.
