Simple tasks can be the most challenging, especially nowadays when we’re forced to manage an overwhelming amount of information. I probably have over a hundred online service accounts myself, not to mention those required for work. Lately, I've been trying to streamline these management tasks as much as possible, but just organizing them could easily take months. So, I usually spend weekends thinking about ways to reduce the effort and mental load of managing everything—while also keeping sensitive information secure. I believe people naturally aren’t great at categorizing and managing things, so the best approach might actually be to avoid categorizing and managing altogether!
