You can now play Xbox games on LG smart TVs — without a console
Yesterday, Microsoft announced that the Xbox app has been made available on select LG smart TVs. Through the Xbox app, you can take advantage of Xbox Cloud Gaming, which lets you stream hundreds of Xbox games without needing an Xbox console. All you need to stream Xbox games on your LG smart TV is an Xbox controller with Bluetooth support, an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and an LG smart TV that supports the Xbox app. Microsoft The Xbox app will work on LG’s OLED TVs from 2022, select smart TVs from 2023, and other LG displays running webOS 24 or later.
