Xbox games coming to ps5 again Indiana Jones

Yesterday, Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios announced Forza Horizon 5 launches on PS5 on April 25, continuing Microsoft’s initiative of bringing its games to Sony’s console. A new report suggests another Xbox game will be joining Forza with its own April launch.

Xbox Games Studios’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle might release in April

According journalist Tom Warren at the Verge (via Rychu from ResetEra), Microsoft is targeting an April release for the PS5 version of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. It was previously announced the Machine Games developed adventure would release sometime in Spring this year.

“We’re now waiting to hear if Indiana Jones is going to make Microsoft’s target of an April release on PS5,” wrote Warren.

Earlier this month, Windows Central’s Jez Corden implied Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II could also release for PS5 “pretty soon.” That quote could mean anything really. Pretty soon could mean next month, or it could mean five months from now. It’s a bit subjective and speculative, but this also means there is a possibility it could show up in April.

It would be pretty wild for Microsoft to launch Hellblade II, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and Forza Horizon 5 all within weeks of each other. However, they have done it before when it launched Pentiment, Grounded, Sea of Thieves, and Hi-Fi Rush within a three month span. These are much smaller titles in comparison to the other three, but it’s in the realm of possibility.

If all of this is true, there will be at least five Xbox games making their way to PS5 this year. Beyond the three already mentioned, World’s Edge announced Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition and Age of Mythology: Retold will release on Sony’s gaming platform. A release date for Age of Empires is unknown, but Age of Mythology is set to launch on March 4 for $29.99. There will also be a Premium Edition available for $49.99 that gives players 5-day early access, which means its available right now.
