171/365 - Improved focus
Get all the small tasks out of the way early (try to batch them into one time slot), so that we can maintain better focus for a longer period during your study or work. This approach also makes it easier to get into a flow state. But one thing I’ve noticed that might be a bit different from others is that I often need to adjust based on how I’m feeling physically. Sometimes I’ll play background music without vocals at a low volume, and other times I’ll turn it off completely—usually when I’ve fully entered a flow state. I got my work done properly today too, and I think that’s what matters most. Let’s keep it up tomorrow!
