Greetings, I need guidance on how to configure the service desk feature on my self-hosted GitLab instance. The official GitLab documentation has not been sufficient for me to achieve this. I am also interested in hearing from anyone who has encountered similar issues while trying to configure the service desk and, if so, how they were able to resolve them.
