Paper that defined every polysyllabic word before using it

I'm looking for a paper I once read and I'm hoping someone here remembers it. It was a somewhat satirical paper on the problems with computer programming languages that require every word to be defined before it is used. They illustrated how cumbersome this is by writing the paper itself in a way that initially used only monosyllabic words, and followed the rule that every polysyllabic word must be defined before it is used. The paper was deliberately cumbersome, demonstrating why this is bad. Does anyone know the paper I'm talking about? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
