Just need some help

I like just making random tools and working out coding I'm not the best but I'm trying if you have any tips and helps let me know! Right now I'm trying to make a Html website but its a little complex. Im trying to make a page with buttons that open up other pages with different links and such I can do the design work but I need some tips.
