Popular — and perhaps the most controversial — game series with easy Platinum trophies is going dirt cheap in the latest PS Store sale. My Name Is Mayo isn’t the only “paid Platinum game” on the PS Store but it happens to be one of the earliest ones, making headlines back in 2016. Now, players can grab the whole series for a few bucks.

My Name Is Mayo made quite a name for itself when it pioneered the “paid Platinum” trend almost a decade ago. The PS4 and PS Vita game originally released for a dollar, and such was its popularity that thousands of easy Platinum games began flooding the PS Store. Its developer, Green Lava Studios, went on to release two more games in the series.
Sony’s latest ‘Dealmania’ promotion is full of shovelware, and the entire My Name Is Mayo trilogy is part of the sale. My Name Is Mayo 1 and 2 are both $0.69 for PS Plus members and $0.74 for everyone else. The third game is $1.39 with PS Plus and $1.49 for non-subscribers.
Quite a steal, if you’re a fan of Green Lava Studios’ work. The developer’s other infamous game, Mr Massagy, is also currently discounted to $2.79 and $2.99 for PS Plus subscribers and non-subscribers, respectively.
