188/365 | ¥10M Job Challenge - Social activity
I've been eating out less—not really for health reasons, but mainly because the food tends to be heavy, and it makes me feel sleepy afterward. Also, it's honestly not cheap. Lately, I've started only eating when I'm actually hungry (basically not sticking to fixed lunch or dinner times, just going by how my body feels). I’m trying to stick with jogging three times a week,, but I can feel my heart's not as strong, especially after COVID-19 and all those late nights during my first job change in Japan, plus the lack of sleep and stress. For safety, I just jog very slowly and don't push myself. If I get tired, I just walk the rest of the way. There was a private gathering on Sunday. If you're planning to live in Japan long-term, staying socially connected with local Japanese people is actually a really important part of it. Time for bed—good night.
